How It Works

   After ordering, you’ll receive a booking form by email. Fill this in so we can arrange your ear impression appointment.

3. We book your audiology appointment.
   Using your details, we organise an appointment at a partnered audiologist near you.
   The cost of this fitting appointment is included in your Elacin RC25 purchase.

4. Get your ear impressions taken.
   At your appointment, the audiologist takes accurate impressions of your ears. These impressions are then sent to our specialist lab.

5. Custom manufacturing (2–3 weeks).
   Once your impressions are received, your earplugs are custom-made with RC25 filters in the Elacin lab.
   Typical turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the date your impressions are received.

6. Delivery & ride.
   Your finished Elacin RC25 earplugs are shipped to you along with a storage case and care instructions.
   We securely store your digital ear impressions for 3 years to make future re-orders simple.
