How It Works

1. Place your order online.
   Add Elacin Swim to your cart and complete checkout.

2. Complete your booking form.
   After ordering, you’ll receive a booking form by email. Fill this in so we can arrange your ear impression appointment.

3. We book your audiology appointment.
   We use your details to organise an appointment at a partnered audiologist near you.
   The cost of this appointment is included in your Elacin Swim purchase.

4. Get your ear impressions taken.
   At your appointment, a qualified audiologist takes precise impressions of your ears. These are then sent to the Elacin lab.

5. Custom manufacturing (2–3 weeks).
   Once your impressions are received, your custom swim earplugs are made in the lab.
   Typical turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from when the lab receives your impressions.

6. Delivery & swim.
   Your completed Elacin Swim earplugs are shipped to you with a storage case and care instructions.
   We securely store your digital ear impressions for 3 years, making future re-orders fast and easy.

Care & Maintenance

• Rinse after use with clean, lukewarm water and mild soap if needed.
• Allow earplugs to dry completely before storing in the supplied case.

• Inspect regularly for wear or changes in fit, and replace if damaged or if comfort changes over time.
